Suzan Bayazıt
After graduating from the Department of Economics at Boğaziçi University, she completed her master’s degree at the University of Cincinnati. In her professional life, Bayazıt works as a strategy consultant in the field of sustainability, while her artistic practice centers on the concepts of time, transformation, and uncertainty. The flow of time, the transience of existence, and shifting forms constitute the main threads of her artistic approach. Metaphors of temporality, transformation, and evaporation create recurring poetic and conceptual layers in her work, drawing attention to the thresholds between the visible and the invisible. Alongside her artistic production, Bayazıt also contributes to İFSAK’s Gender Studies initiatives. She lives and works in Istanbul.
