Born in Istanbul in 1975, he graduated from the Painting Education Department of Marmara University, where he also completed his master’s degree. In his works, he depicts the chaotic life of the urban individual—through expressions in his portraits, the intricacies of city landscapes, and still lifes that incorporate the everyday objects and materials shaping contemporary human life. In recent years, turning his focus toward nature, he has also produced hyperrealistic studies of animals and plants. He continues his practice in his studio in Kadıköy and has participated in numerous group exhibitions both in Türkiye and abroad, including four solo exhibitions.
