Born in Ankara in 1984, she graduated from Ankara Anatolian Fine Arts High School, Department of Painting. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Education, Department of Fine Arts Education, where she focused on printmaking and painting while exploring the nature of interpersonal relationships.

In her practice, she examines the concept of “relationship” and questions the meanings imposed on female identity within society. In her works, which evolve toward abstraction and the abstract, she brings together different disciplines and mediums, presenting today’s genderless forms as a proposal for living.

She continues her doctoral studies in the Department of Fine Arts Education at Anadolu University and pursues her artistic practice in her studio in Istanbul.
